My journey into sound healing and energetic alignment started from a place of burnout, heartbreak, and chronic misalignment. I was doing all the things — chasing success, giving my energy away, ignoring the whispers of my soul.
Eventually, I surrendered.
To stillness. To frequency. To truth.
And what unfolded was nothing short of magic.
Now, I guide others through that same portal of rediscovery — helping them come home to themselves through sound, movement, meditation, and manifestation.

I created Aura Manifest because I know how it feels to live out of alignment — to check every box, to look like you have it all together, but still feel disconnected, anxious, and unfulfilled. After nearly 20 years working in the fashion industry, I found myself completely burned out. The pace, the pressure, the constant output — it left me physically depleted and spiritually empty.
But my journey into manifestation began long before that. I started studying the art of manifestation in my early 20s — over 20 years ago now. Teachers like Neville Goddard, Abraham Hicks, Shonda Rhimes, and Bob Proctor opened my eyes to the truth that we are all energetic beings. That our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions shape our reality. Their teachings lit a fire in me that never left. Even when I was deep in the grind, I held onto the knowing that something more was possible.
Everything changed when I found sound healing. What began as a way to calm my nervous system became a sacred tool for emotional release, energetic alignment, and true manifestation. Sound allowed me to access stillness. And in that stillness, I reconnected with the frequency of my highest self — not just as an idea, but as an embodiment.
Now, I bring all of this — the energy work, the sound, the intention, and the deep trust — into every experience I create. Whether it’s a group sound bath, a private session, or a retreat, this work is designed to help you regulate, realign, and remember who you truly are.
