On Monday, October 6th, 2025, join me for a deeply restorative Full Moon Sound Bath under the Aries Full Moon.
Full Moons are moments of powerful illumination—times to reflect on what we’ve grown through, release what no longer serves, and open space for new beginnings. Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, brings bold, activating energy that helps us step forward with courage and clarity.
During this 70-minute experience, you’ll be held in a cocoon of sound as I weave together the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. The sound vibrations support your body, mind, and spirit in releasing tension, quieting the nervous system, and opening to higher states of clarity and peace.
This sound bath will help you:
